One day my parents took us a ways up a mountain in Anchorage to lookout/hiking area called Flattop. There is a mountain that you can hike that looks flat on top...hence the name. There was still snow around that had not melted yet. Being early June, it was hard to believe that all of the snow left on the mountains could melt before it starting snowing again. I guess Lindsy can let us know if it melts by the time she goes to AK. Maybe we'll actually finish blogging about this trip by the time she comes back! :)
