This is a moose we encoutered a couple of times on walks.

Here is the website if you so wish to check it out. http://www.alaskawildlife.org/ Next, are a couple of pics of Lake Hood in Anchorage, which harbors zillions of float planes. Finally, a moose we saw a couple of times in my parents' neighborhood. Everyday I was eagerly looking for a moose on our walks or in the car, etc. But once we finally saw one about 20 yards away, I got a little fearful and quickly turned into "mother hen" trying to get my boys away from the moose. Good times!
