I imagine this event will be one that we will ask the boys if they remember in the years to come. This was an important event in our family and it was astonishingly well attended. I imagine that there were more than 500 people at the ceremony and the reception looked like double that number. It was fitting that there were so many in the wedding party for these two and I imagine there were a fair number still left out. I enjoyed being a groomsman and seeing the literal cross section of humanity that Isaac is able to befriend. Both Isaac and Morgan were insistent on the boys being a part of as much of the wedding as they could - something we appreciated knowing that was a risky proposition. Well sure enough we had one sick child over the weekend. Mason handled it very judiciously however, he threw up on Christin at the rehearsal dinner and me at the reception. I guess he loves us both equally. It really was a minor miracle how well the boys did, they were out late, sleeping in a strange place, and not feeling so good. Carter decided he didn't want to stay for the wedding ceremony by making a ruckus right before the seating of the families. Luckily for us, Christin's brother Chad was there to whisk him to the lobby for a distraction. What a life saver, Christin would have been really bummed if she had to miss the ceremony. The wedding was an amazing affair, the happy couple really enjoyed themselves. And Carter surprised us by joining in on some dancing as the night wore on.
