Tball - Part 1

Spring '10 has been our boys' introduction to their first tball team...the Bulldogs! Carter & Mason have both loved tball and being on a team with our neighbors. Our new next door neighbors, the Pattons are wonderful neighbors and our boys have become very close friends with their 5 yr old Dax. Dax is also on their tball team and his dad, Nate is the coach. 5 year old tball games bring a lot of humor to the proud parents! There is a lot of learning about hitting, where to go after you hit, when to run to the next base, how to catch (the hardest part for this age group!), and where to throw the ball! Carter & Mason are great little players and have fun with their sweet teammates.

Mason's helmet is always a bit big:
Carter - #4: He loves playing "pitcher" so he can catch the ball first and try to throw guys out at first base. He has an excellent arm for his age but only one other bulldog and catch the ball.



Mason - #3: Mas is a lefty but batted right handed for half of the season, but has now switched to batting left handed. He says he is a switch hitter!
